Return Policy
At Aesthetic Ambiance LLC, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes a product just isn't right. We've made our return process as simple as possible for your convenience.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if an item is right for you. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
How to Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. You'll be given a Return Authorization Number (RAN) that is necessary to process your return.
- Package Your Return: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any related accessories or instruction manuals.
- Label and Ship: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Attach it to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
- Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. The money will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may be exempt from our return policy. These include, but are not limited to, perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items. Sale items are also considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at 1-408-618-1011.
